2. Delete all previous email from your message (i.e. don't include text of the email you are replying), otherwise the blog becomes very difficult to follow. If the email contains a number of points you are answering please address each point in order.
3. Delete all the signature information -just keep your name or initials.
4. Include [wrd] in the subject line of all emails.
5. Do not "reply to all" unless you are sure they need to see your email. That is one purpose of the blog -to allow you to view the correspondence at your convenience without getting a lot of extra emails.
